The perfect hybrid of yoga, pilates, and dance. We begin with core strengthening pilates mat work and move into a flow with dance elements sprinkled throughout (to keep you on your toes). With techniques such as Limone and gaga, your heart will be pumping as you swing, shake, and let go.
A full-body workout: you will walk away feeling more aligned with a deep sense of calm.
FUSION flow
Starting with grounding breath-work, we build the connection of breath and body. Slowly building from the ground up with Pilates-based movement, we strengthen the core and move into a vinyasa flow sequence.
Expect to walk away feeling spacious, strong, and ready to tackle the day.
FUSION release
Let’s move into stillness together through this restorative movement practice. Holding postures for 2-5 minutes we give ourselves the time and space to let go of deep tension. Each posture flows seamlessly into the next creating a beautiful harmony of breath, body, and mind.
