My name is Haley Woodbury,

I created this platform to share my unique approach to movement.

After years of training in multiple styles and modalities, I have curated my favourite elements of each discipline to create a challenging, dynamic, and fluid practice: pilates to lengthen and tone, dance to loosen and release, and yoga for breath and flow.

Each class is an entire body and mind workout.

Movement is medicine for the soul. My goal is to help you move in a way that feels good in your body so that you can enjoy each moment in stillness thereafter.

I incorporate healing dance techniques such as Gaga and Axis Syllabus into each class; You can expect to sweat, smile, bounce, shake, and let go!

I teach virtual live classes weekly.
